However, if you still want to swap your items for another size or style then you may raise a return/exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product by mailing us on gulnaarbyguneet@gmail.com.
A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days.

Important thing to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:
∙ All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and
undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
∙ All items should be free of make – up or tan marks

We have FREE shipping within India on prepaid as well as COD orders. Once you place an order your items would be delivered within 15 working days. Though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you. Please Note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or PANDEMICS, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
